Ruto Captured On Video Lining to Get Ice Cream From President Putin Leaving Kenyans Talking, Details

A wave of conversation has erupted across the country following the circulation of viral video footage from Moscow, Russia.

Key sources such as Omwamba and the Nyakundi Report have provided details of an unusual scene on the sidelines of the prominent Russia-Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum.

The footage has captured President William Ruto along with other African heads of state distinctly lining up.

This has occurred as they have prepared to receive gifts of Russian ice cream presented directly by President Vladimir Putin himself.

The entire gathering has been focused on strengthening diplomatic and economic ties, with the treat being a notable gesture of goodwill.

Kenyans on social media platforms have since reacted with an almost unified bashing of the president, with users having accused him of a serious kind of hypocrisy.

The discussion has heavily centered on smooth talking descriptions of the presidency, implying a disconnect. Commentators have suggested that the spectacle has visibly dented national dignity, providing a contrast to other high protocol standards.

Many commentators have been remarkably quick to contrast this current moment with a memorable past incident.

Kenyan users have since recalled the controversial moment several African heads of state, including Ruto, were bussed to Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in London.

The perception of handled and grouped treatment has remained a common point of comparison for users regarding respect and protocol differences.

These separate international moments have now been linked to create a powerful narrative of perceived continued disrespect for the continent’s leadership on the global stage.

Critics has argued that actions have consistently sent mixed and confusing signals.

Visual evidence, such as queueing for personal gifts, has provided a visible contrast to public pronouncements, leading to a growing desire for a show of greater confidence at international fora. Observers has noted that this discussion has remained very active.
