SASSA revises November grant payment dates ahead of elections

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has revised its November 2026 social grant payment schedule, with older persons set to receive their grants from Friday, 30 October, ahead of the Local Government Elections on 4 November.Under the revised schedule, SASSA will pay disability grants on Monday, 2 November, and the child grant on Tuesday, 3 November.
