Jack Alolome speaks out after experiencing racism in US
Gospel musician Jack Alolome has recounted an alleged incident of racial discrimination aboard a flight from LaGuardia Airport in New York, claiming some individuals refused to board unless he got off the aircraft.
Alolome shared videos showing himself alone inside the plane as he narrated his experience.
According to the musician, some individuals reportedly objected to boarding the aircraft with him on board and insisted that he leave before they would enter.
Alolome said he challenged their conduct, identifying himself as a popular musician who also works with President John Dramani Mahama. He further claimed he threatened legal action over the incident.
He alleged that the situation eventually ended with the other individuals refusing to board while he remained on the aircraft, leaving him alone inside the flight.
However, details surrounding the circumstances that led to the confrontation, and allegation of racial discrimination has not been independently verified.
