Reactions Trail After Pat Utomi Said A Vote For PO Is A Vote For Progress And Better Future

Several social media users have reacted after prominent Nigerian economist and political commentator, Professor Pat Utomi, declared that voting for Peter Obi would mean voting for progress, development and a better future for the next generation of Nigerians.

In a post he shared on his official X account on Tuesday, he noted that supporting Obi is a step towards building a better Nigeria.

Utomi stressed that supporting Obi means working towards a country where quality education is accessible, hospitals function effectively, businesses thrive, jobs are available and every child has a fair opportunity to succeed.

His statement has since drawn reactions from social media users, with some expressing support for his position while others may have differing views on his endorsement of the former Anambra State governor ahead of the 2027 general elections.

“A vote for Peter Obi is a vote for progress, development, and a better future for your children. It is about building a Nigeria where quality education is accessible, hospitals work, businesses thrive, jobs are available, and every child has a fair chance to succeed”.
