Don’t let anyone deceive you, motherhood is not a blessing. I regret being a mother- Nigerian nursing mum says

A Nigerian mum has caused a stir online after sharing her thoughts on motherhood.

In a video that has gone viral, the Nigerian mum argued that motherhood is not a blessing. According to her, motherhood is a responsibility and can be a punishment to you.

She said before she became a mother, she had the liberty of doing things she enjoys whenever she feels like but now that she is a mum, she is constrained and has to factor her child in all decisions she takes.

‘’Yes I said it with my full chest. Motherhood can be a punishment to you. You can get so punished for becoming a mother. I am telling you from experience.

Yes, I regret being a mother. I regret having to make decisions because of somebody or to pleae somebody at all times. I can no longer make decisions because of myself. I am making decisions because of children, because of what people will say. I am done. Motherhood my ass.

A child is a bless? It is not a blessing. A child is a responsibility. Take it or leave it. Your child can become a punishment to you”
