The Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed the no-case submission filed by former Governor of Kaduna State, Malam Nasir El-Rufai. El-Rufai is standing trial over alleged unlawful interception of telephone communications of the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu.
