NPP Kwadaso Constituency Chairman passes on

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Chairman for the Kwadaso Constituency, in the Ashanti Region, Yaw Bona Boadi, has died.

Former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia confirmed Mr. Boadi’s death on Sunday, October 25, 2026, although details remain sketchy.

In a Facebook post, Dr Bawumia expressed grief over the passing of the constituency chairman, describing him as a dedicated party member who committed his time and resources to the development of Kwadaso and the NPP.

He said Mr Boadi’s death was a significant loss to the party and the constituency, describing him as a pillar whose contributions would be remembered.

“My deepest condolences go to his family and to all NPP members in Kwadaso. We have lost a pillar,” Dr Bawumia wrote.

He urged party members to remain united and sustain the work of the late chairman in honour of his memory.

Dr Bawumia also prayed for God to grant Mr Boadi eternal rest.
