Mayweather set to return to the ring
FLOYD MAYWEATHER is reportedly being lined up for a sensational two-fight Netflix deal against Manny Pacquiao and Ryan Garcia.
The boxing legend, 49, could make a stunning return to professional action with his iconic 50-0 record on the line.
According to World Boxing News, streaming giants Netflix are interested in securing both fights across 2027 and early 2028.
Mayweather could first renew his rivalry with Pacquiao in May 2027 before facing Garcia in September or early 2028.
And both showdowns could be professional contests rather than exhibitions, putting his unbeaten record at risk.
Mayweather has not fought professionally since stopping UFC superstar Conor McGregor in the tenth round of their money-spinning 2017 clash.
The former five-weight world champion has since competed in several exhibitions, including bouts against Logan Paul, Deji and John Gotti III.
But the American has expressed his desire to return to the professional ranks nearly a decade after his last official fight.
Mayweather was previously scheduled to face Pacquiao, 47, in a blockbuster rematch last month, but the clash did not happen.
The Filipino icon’s camp cited legal disputes, scheduling problems and financial complications surrounding Mayweather’s team.
