Government rejects GH¢874m in Treasury bill bids

The government has rejected GH¢873.94 million in bids for Treasury bills, despite investors tendering GH¢4.27 billion against a target of GH¢3.80 billion.The latest auction results show that the government accepted GH¢3.39 billion of the bids submitted, leaving a significant portion of investor demand unaccepted.The 91-day bill attracted the strongest demand, with GH¢2.86 billion in bids tendered.
