Lawrence Ofori scores late in Casa Pia victory over Estrela Amadora

Ghanaian midfielder Lawrence Ofori scored a stoppage-time goal to help Casa Pia secure a 2-0 victory over CF Estrela Amadora in the Portuguese Primeira Liga on Saturday.Ofori sealed the win in the 92nd minute at the Estdio Jos Gomes, capitalising on a loose ball in midfield before finding the net with goalkeeper Leo Linck out of position.The goal capped an important away performance for Casa Pia, who had taken the lead through Joo Rego in the 31st minute.Rego broke the deadlock after carrying the ball forward from midfield and finishing calmly past Linck to give the visitors an advantage at half-time.Estrela Amadora pushed for an equaliser after the break but struggled to overcome Casa Pia’s defensive resistance.
