What Next For Pres Ruto After The Latest Poll Revealing Things Going South For Him, Showing

The dream of the opposition is to see President William Ruto losing the next general election. The camp has been decamping the Kenya Kwanza administration for failing the country due to the poor policies and the high taxes imposed on citizens. This continued decampaigning of President Ruto and his administration has now seen the gap between him and the opposition close individually and widen combined as per the latest poll.

The poll released by Research 8020 has showed that out of the number conducted, only 26% of the people choose President Ruto to become the president while 25% choose Edwin Sifuna to lead the country as from next year August. Out of the approached number, 11% want Kalonzo while 9% Fred Matiang’i.

With the combined opposition, above 50% goes to the opposition with President Ruto remaining with only 26%. With this information, the head of state should work extra to retain his position otherwise, the united opposition could emerge the winner if they anonymously endorse one candidate for the race.
