In a surprising turn of events, the businessman has invited Mosiria to join his automobile business, promising him an opportunity to earn an impressive monthly income exceeding KSh 500,000 through a combination of basic salary and commissions.

Haytham made the offer in a TikTok video shared on Thursday, October 22, in which he encouraged the former county official to consider the private sector as he navigates life after his departure from City Hall.

According to the businessman, Mosiria’s growing public profile, communication skills and ability to attract attention could make him a valuable addition to the company’s marketing and advertising team.

Rather than allowing his dismissal to discourage him, Haytham urged Mosiria to view the development as an opportunity to explore new possibilities and open another chapter in his professional life.

The businessman also promised to provide him with a private office at the company’s premises, assuring him of a supportive working environment as he considers his next move.

The proposed remuneration package, featuring a basic salary and commissions that could push his monthly earnings beyond KSh 500,000, makes the offer particularly attractive. However, the actual terms of employment and whether Mosiria will accept the proposal remain unclear.

The employment offer comes just days after Governor Sakaja removed Mosiria from his position as Chief Officer for Public Participation, Citizen Engagement and Customer Service.

The decision was communicated through a circular signed by Nairobi County Secretary Dr Machel Waikenda on Wednesday, October 21.

Notably, the notice did not specify the reasons behind Mosiria’s removal, leaving questions about the circumstances surrounding his exit from the county administration.
