Total Amount Of Money George Ruto Paid To Watch PSG vs Barcelona in Paris

George Ruto, the son of President William Ruto, has attracted attention after reports emerged estimating how much he may have spent to watch Paris Saint-Germain take on Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League in France.

George reportedly attended the high-profile encounter at Parc des Princes on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. He gave his social media followers a glimpse of the experience by sharing videos and photographs on his Instagram Stories.

Although the exact amount he paid for admission has not been publicly confirmed, estimates based on the views shared and prices advertised on ticket resale platforms suggest that the ticket could have cost between KSh80,000 and KSh130,000.

Reports indicated that seats in the middle sections were available for approximately KSh87,000 to KSh124,000, while some upper-tier seats were estimated at around KSh73,000. Premium positions near the players’ tunnel and front rows could command even higher prices.

The match itself delivered an entertaining contest, with PSG reportedly securing a 4-2 victory over Barcelona.

Désiré Doué opened the scoring for the French side before Barcelona responded through Xavi Espart. Lucas Hernández then restored PSG’s advantage, but Barcelona’s young sensation Lamine Yamal levelled the contest with an impressive individual effort.

PSG eventually pulled away through goals from Vitinha and Fabián Ruiz, completing a memorable victory against the Spanish giants.

The result was particularly significant for Barcelona, whose reported run of 11 consecutive victories came to an end.

George’s social media updates captured the lively atmosphere inside the packed stadium as supporters celebrated the result. He also shared a photograph of Yamal, highlighting the young Barcelona star despite his team’s defeat.

His appearance at the European football spectacle has generated interest among Kenyan football fans, although the reported ticket expenditure remains an estimate rather than a confirmed figure.
