New Turn In Mt Kenya On Kindiki Dp Position As This Is Announced From UDA Camp

It is boiling slowly in United Democratic Alliance (UDA) camp on who should be President William Ruto’s running mate. Despite Deputy President Kithure Kindiki being confident about retaining this position, things could be heading south for the second in command as a new wave is starting to develop in the ruling party. A number of names have started emerging that are seen as possible replacement for Dp Kindiki.

Women governors are now emerging as serious candidates to replace him with governor Anne Waiguru leading the race to take the position. Waiguru being vocal UDA governor in the mountain region could now replace the deputy president who has been facing it rough due to the heavy resistance from Wamunyoro group.

Ahead of the election, Waiguru has earned support towards this position following endorsement from Members of Parliament Irene Njoki, Anne Wamuratha and Gachoki Gitari. With this growing support, Kindiki could need to proof his political strength to retain the position.https://www.facebook.com/100066916644764/posts/1441332584773949/?app=fbl
