State finally withdraws charges against Biti

DUMISANI CHAUKECHIPINGE TIMES REPORTERMUTARE – After spending four days in remand prison and later travelling 300km on five different occasions from Harare to Mutare, the State has withdrawn its charges against Tendai Biti without starting the trial.District Prosecutor Tirivanhu Mutyasira withdrew the charges yesterday in a case that was before Magistrate Honest Musiiwa.
