Our party is no longer attractive due to the actions of these three guys — NPP’s Social Activist

NPP activist Emmanuel Eshun Duku has called on the party’s leadership to review the public communication of Miracles Aboagye, Ntim Fordjour and Vincent Ekow Assafuah, arguing that their statements could undermine the party’s credibility and public support.

In a social media post, Duku suggested temporarily limiting the trio’s involvement in discussions on national issues, claiming that some of their interventions have created unnecessary controversy and could harm the party’s image.

He urged party officials to adopt a more careful approach to public commentary, particularly on issues that attract widespread attention.

Duku highlighted Assafuah’s comments about an alleged $12 million payment from COCOBOD to the Black Stars. He pointed out that Assafuah later explained that the payment had only been planned and that the funds had not actually been disbursed.

The activist argued that such inconsistencies could cause confusion and undermine public confidence in the party. He called on NPP members to provide accurate information and focus on issues of national importance.

Duku also cited remarks by a reverend minister concerning the Vice President and other officials at Jubilee House to reinforce his call for greater responsibility in political discussions.

He concluded that the party should concentrate on presenting a credible and consistent message rather than engaging in disputes that divert attention from pressing national issues.

His comments reflect his personal views on the NPP’s communication strategy. The report did not include responses from the three communicators.
