Jennifer Lopez and her Office Romance co-star Brett Goldstein are reportedly dating.

The Hustlers star, 57, and the Ted Lasso actor, 46, are said to be enjoying a ‘casual’ romance, a source told Page Six on Monday, following their cozy red carpet appearances and reports of ‘undeniable’ chemistry.

The insider added that the pair both love to go out, while taking a dig at Lopez’s ex-husband Ben Affleck’s, 54, demeanor during public outings with her.

‘The one thing they have in common is they both enjoy going out to parties and restaurants,’ the source said, adding, ‘Unlike her ex Ben who always had a scowl on his face when they were out.’

Lopez – who previously raved about Goldstein being ‘the best kisser’ she has ever worked with – and the actor were recently seen arriving, and later leaving, a talent manager’s party in Los Angeles on October 16.

The pair were reportedly in the same car, though they entered the party separately.

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Lopez and Goldstein for comment.

It’s not the first time the duo have sparked romance rumors, though they have previously denied dating.

In May, Lopez was thrilled when Goldstein rated her kissing skills a ’12 out of 10′ at the premiere of their Netflix film, Office Romance, in Los Angeles.

Lopez looked cozy with the actor amid rumors they have ‘grown close’ after filming, as they posed on the red carpet at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood, before answering questions about their onscreen kiss.

The star previously raved about Goldstein being ‘the best kisser’ she has ever worked with, and he returned the favor at the event, telling ET that her kiss was ‘the best’, which left her beaming.

The four-time divorcee giggled before she heard Goldstein’s answer, while pointing out, ‘Well, what is he going to say in front of me.’

Goldstein also said that when he heard how highly she rated him it felt ‘better than winning an Emmy’, though the singer joked that she was put ‘on the spot’ during the interview.

Lopez made her flirty comments during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live in October 2025. ‘I’m gonna say I just did a movie with Brett Goldstein, and I would say he was the best kisser,’ she gushed.

Fans were blown away by the pair’s ‘chemistry’ and convinced that they are dating, after Lopez shared a reel from the event to her Instagram.

‘Look at the way she looks at him,’ one wrote.

‘I have a feeling about you two,’ another added.

‘I don’t know about a movie but jlo is dating Roy Kent is what I saw,’ another chimed in, referring to Goldstein’s Ted Lasso character.

The actor is thought to have been single since 2022, when he split from girlfriend Beth Rylance after a year.

Aside from their sizzling relationship onscreen, there have been whispers about their ‘electric’ chemistry offscreen.

‘It was an open secret during filming about Brett and J-Lo – they got on like a house on fire from the start, and the chemistry was electric, which viewers will see,’ a source told The Sun earlier this year.

‘They were very touchy, feely, and always laughing, and everyone suspected they were hooking up.’

Another insider said, ‘During the wrap party, they were all over each other during the dinner and drinks with the rest of the cast.’

‘They had a lot of fun while shooting; it was just what Jen needed after Ben Affleck. He put a smile on her face.’

‘There were quite a few jokes about Brett just being the British version of Ben. She was definitely a fan of his British charm and really felt looked after on set.’

In September 2024, the duo were spotted at the Broadway show Oh, Mary! Together, watching their co-star Betty Gilpin perform.

The two previously denied romance rumors during an interview on Today while promoting their film.

‘There’s never a time when I’m seen with somebody or working with somebody where they don’t try to put me with the person,’ Lopez said, as Goldstein added, ‘I think if you stand near her, that’s what happens.’

‘OK, so you’re not dating in real life?’ Savannah Guthrie asked.

‘Not dating,’ Lopez said, to which Goldstein added, ‘Correct.’

Goldstein later gushed about his strong chemistry with Lopez during the early days of their relationship, saying, ‘When we first met on the Zoom it was instant.’

In Office Romance, they star as two workaholics who strike up a secret office romance that threatens to derail their life and careers.

Lopez officially called it quits on her marriage to Affleck in 2024.

The pair initially tied the knot during a Las Vegas wedding in July 2022, and the following month, held a larger and lavish ceremony at his Georgia estate.

It marked her fourth divorce. She was previously married to actor Ojani Noa from 1997 until 1998, backup dancer Cris Judd from 2001 until 2003, and Latin singer Marc Anthony from 2004 until 2014.

She shares 18-year-old twins Max and Oskar (formerly known as Emme) with Anthony.
