The Spain star was named in the starting XI but had to go off midway through the first half and was replaced by Fermin Lopez.
Olmo was playing his 100th game for Barcelona but his evening ultimately ended in disappointment after picking up a problem that may now force him onto the sidelines.
The injury comes at a bad time for Barcelona as Hansi Flick’s side are back in action at the weekend against Real Madrid in La Liga at Camp Nou.
The Catalans are already without Eric Garcia and Andreas Christensen due to injury, while Jules Kounde is also a doubt for the weekend with an ankle problem.
Barcelona should at least have Rodri ready to start. Flick opted to bench the Spain midfielder against PSG but he should hopefully return at the weekend.
