The Team of the Week (ToTW) for matchday 7 of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season has been announced, with three Hearts of Oak players among the picks.

The three Phobians selected include goalkeeper and captain Benjamin Asare, Henry K. Boateng and Kelvin Osei Asibey.

The team of the week put together by Fatau Dauda recognises players from clubs who impressed across various league centres.

Goalkeeper Benjamin Asare is named in goal after keeping another clean sheet and captains the selected side, while Henry Boateng and Osei Asibey also earned places following their top performances in the 1-0 win over Vision FC.

Their inclusion gives Hearts of Oak the largest representation among the clubs featured in the Team of the Week.

FC Samartex 1996 have two players in the team, with Christian Agyenim Boateng and Akwasi Sarpong making the cut.

Asante Kotoko are also represented by Hubert Gyau and Emmanuel Sanja, while Eric Wiafe Darkwah of Swedru All Blacks FC, Richard Owusu of Debibi United FC, Abubakar Adams of Aduana FC and Zackaria Fuseini of Berekum Chelsea FC complete the outfield selection.

Berekum Chelsea coach Kwame Danso is named as the coach of the team after masterminding the 2-0 win against Hearts of Lions at Kpando.
