Elon Musk’s Ex Claims She Turned Down $40 Million Hush-Money Deal to Keep His Secrets!

Close TweetShareSharePin0 Shares Ashley St. Clair alleges her baby daddy, Elon Musk, offered her a fortune to never speak publicly about him again, but she chose to reject the deal despite the financial consequences.

The 28-year-old, who shares a 2-year-old son, Romulus, with the billionaire, details the alleged arrangement in Alex Gibney’s documentary Musk, which opened nationwide Oct. 16.

St. Clair says the proposed agreement promised $15 million immediately, followed by $100,000 per month, in exchange for signing restrictive paperwork.

The conditions, she previously told Don Lemon, would have prevented her from speaking negatively about Musk, his employees or his business associates indefinitely.

“I would rather go to a studio apartment with both my children than sign this,” she told Lemon.

St. Clair claims Musk later reduced her monthly financial support, eventually cutting it to $20,000 after she publicly identified him as Romulus’ father in February 2025.

Musk, 55, disputes that he ever made the alleged offer.

“She was never offered that and has a history of making false claims,” he wrote on X.

A court-ordered paternity test reportedly established a 99.9999% probability that Musk is Romulus’ father.

The former influencer has also spoken about the personal cost of their dispute, revealing that she faced mounting legal expenses and housing difficulties.

“I want to set the example for my kids that you should never take being materially comfortable over speaking the truth,” she said in Venice.
