Court Orders Roko to Pay Shs 5.7bn Over Mulago Hospital Doors

The High Court has ordered Roko Construction Limited to pay ASSA ABLOY (U) Ltd $1.39 million (approximately Shs5.73 billion) in outstanding payments for doors and security fittings supplied and installed at Mulago National Referral Hospital.Justice Stephen Mubiru, sitting in the Commercial Division in Kampala, also awarded interest at nine percent annually from August 20, 2020 until payment in full, together with the costs of the suit.
