Parents arrested after NINE siblings found in ‘appalling’ home where ‘kids were placed in cages & lived in a shed’

TWO adults have been arrested after cops found nine children living in what they described as appalling conditions.Police alleged some of the children may have been kept in cages inside a tiny shed, while others lived inside with a grandmother.The Licking County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on the home in Etna Township, Ohio, on Tuesday afternoon after being referred to the residence by child services.
