I Made K.T. Hammond Urinate On Himself To Make Him Lose Adansi Asokwa Seat – NPP Man Hopeson Keku

A shocking statement is causing stir in the Ashanti Region.

Hopeson Keku, who is hoping to become the Ashanti Regional 1st Vice Chairman of the NPP, has openly bragged about how he made sure K.T. Hammond lost the Adansi Asokwa seat in the 2024 elections.

“I made K.T. Hammond urinate on himself when I was strategically placed in Adansi Asokwa to ensure he loses his seat during the 2024 elections.”

According to him, he was sent to Adansi Asokwa with a special plan — to make sure the long-time MP falls.

K.T. Hammond, who had been MP for 24 years, lost the Adansi Asokwa seat to the NDC’s Godwin Animli Dorgbadzi Dorani in the 2024 general elections by 954 votes. Dorani had 14,229 votes while Hammond had 13,275. 

Hammond later went to court to challenge the results, but the Obuasi High Court threw out his petition and fined him GH¢60,000 for wasting the court’s time.

Now, Hopeson Keku’s confession has raised many questions. What exactly did he do that made a whole former Trade Minister urinate on himself? Was it spiritual? Was it political pressure on the ground?

He did not give details, but his words alone have sparked debate. Some NPP members say such talk brings shame to the party. Others say it shows how deep internal sabotage went in the 2024 elections.

K.T. Hammond is yet to respond to the claim.
