Diphtheria: Kano disease control centre confirms death of 5 family members

The Kano State Centre for Disease Control (KNCDC), has confirmed the death of five children from the same family as a result of diphtheria in Danbare Ward, Layin Dutse, Kumbotso Local Government Area.The Centre’s Director-General, Prof. Muhammad Adamu-Abbas, confirmed this in a statement on Tuesday.
