“Hii Dunia Imechelewa” Ruto Laughs After Locals Shout This During His Rally in Baringo~Video

President William Ruto has shared a lighthearted moment with residents in Baringo County after a humorous banter over poor telecommunication connectivity interrupted his public address.

Speaking to a large crowd during his ongoing tour of the Rift Valley, the Head of State has burst into laughter after local residents loudly shouted that modern digital communication has remained non-existent in their remote area.

The lighthearted exchange has unfolded when President Ruto jokingly suggested that local leaders and residents should have notified him about their pressing community issues directly via WhatsApp messages.

However, the assembled crowd has immediately reacted, shouting back in unison that their region has suffered from severe network outages and zero mobile connectivity.

Amused by their spontaneous collective outburst, the Head of State has chuckled, remarking that modern technology has indeed lagged far behind in that part of the world.

Responding promptly to the crowd’s chorus, President Ruto has assured Baringo residents that his administration has already prioritized resolving connectivity bottlenecks alongside core infrastructural deficits.

The Head of State has pledged that government agencies have initiated measures to build new mobile network towers, upgrade rural road networks, construct technical colleges, and expand clean water projects across the constituency.

He has emphasized that no region will remain disconnected from modern development amenities.

This humorous interaction has underscored the warm, conversational atmosphere marking the President’s ten-day development tour across the North Rift region.

By turning a candid crowd complaint into an opportunity to outline development commitments, President Ruto has reinforced his hands-on approach, demonstrating his administration’s focus on connecting rural communities to national development frameworks as he continues rallying grassroots support ahead of future political contests.
