Amy Childs has revealed she wore three different wedding dresses when she tied the knot with Billy Delbosq, as she admitted she’s ‘suffering from the blues’ in an Instagram post on Tuesday.
The TOWIE star, 36, wed Billy, 42, for the first time at Marylebone Town Hall back in April, before the pair jetted to the Spanish location for a bigger, more lavish celebration at the end of last month.
Amy has now shared a glimpse of another white lace gown that she wore during her Marbella nuptials, which was strikingly similar to the dress she chose to walk down the aisle.
The star then changed into a third dress, a lace mini with a sweetheart neckline, to dance the night away at the reception.
She captioned her post: ‘I am still not over my wedding. I’m really not over my Dresses and YES I wore three on my dayā¦
‘How was our wedding over 2 weeks ago, I have wedding blues (is this actually a thing)
‘This was actually my second dress of the day! I think this was my favourite dress of the day ā„ļø Our show Amy Childs- The Towie wedding is coming very soon to @ITV @ITVXofficial.’
The wedding, including the build-up to the big day, has been documented for a special ITV reality TV show, giving viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the festivities.
The happy event was attended by fellow TOWIE stars Harry Derbidge ā who is Amy’s cousin ā and Sophie Kasaei and her partner Jordan Brook.
Amy looked stunning in the lace dress which had an off-the-shoulder design and was teamed with a choker and sheer veil.
She was walked down the aisle by her dad Billy who looked smart in a black suit, before Amy got visibly emotional at the altar with her husband.
Ahead of the nuptials, the couple hired a Cinderella-style horse and carriage to parade down Brentwood high street in celebration of their big day.
Earlier this year, Amy detailed how a vicious cycle of ‘yo-yo dieting’ left her lacking body confidence ā as she reflected on her weight journey in a new post after sparking concern with her figure.
In the caption, she wrote: ‘So as you all know people have doubted me on my physique journey, but seeing this picture of me on my wedding day makes me realise how far I’ve actually come…
‘@jon_jkphysique and I have been working so hard on my nutrition, he keeps me very accountable and challenges me, that’s his styleā¦
‘Seeing the results makes me happy. It’s not about being skinny, it’s about feeling healthy, happy and confident in myself, if you need help please message Jon…
‘So proud of how far I’ve come and we’re only just getting started. The morning of my wedding this picture was taken.’
Amy’s weight previously plummeted to under 7st after she tried skinny jabs and was left stressed due to her mum Julie’s ill health.
Amy told how she struggled to lose weight healthily before getting help from Jon who has built up her strength and taught her about the right foods to eat.
She shared three snaps of herself at various points in her weight journey as she got candid about her relationship with dieting.
Amy penned in her post: ‘Time to be really honest with you all. For as long as I can remember⦠I thought I was doing everything right. I’d diet, cut things out, push myself⦠and yet I’d always end up back in the same place.
‘I was definitely not happy with how I looked and, honestly, not happy with how I felt either, I was dieting all wrong. I wasn’t managing my nutrition properly. I wasn’t managing my energy. And I definitely wasn’t looking after my health the way I thought I was.
‘I’d under-fuel, stress, lose a bit of weight, then it would all come back and I’d start the whole thing again. I was in that yo-yo cycle that so many of us get stuck in⦠that was me.
‘What I didn’t understand was that it’s not just about ‘eat less, move more’. There’s so much more to it⦠the different phases, your mindset and actually making it work around your real life. Since working with Jon, that’s what has changed everything for me.
‘I have learnt SO much and I’m still learning every single day. My food has improved, I feel stronger and I can see changes in my body, my skin and my strength.
‘My shoulders have actually built tissue (so random) which is something I never thought I’d be saying. I feel stronger, I feel more confident and, for the first time, I don’t feel like I’m stuck in that diet, lose, regain cycle anymore.
‘I’m nowhere near finished. This is still very much a work in progress. But it’s my journey and it finally feels like I’m heading in the right direction, with proper support behind me.
‘If you’ve felt stuck like I did⦠I promise there is another way speak to @jon_jkphysique he is the best āŗļø.’
Back in May, Amy explained that her beloved mum, Julie, had a heart attack last year which contributed to her weight loss, but she also tried skinny jabs for a brief spell.
‘Prior to this I did try skinny jabs I’ll be honest with you. I thought to try to lose that little extra baby weight. I was still training and eating healthy, but I wanted that little quick fix. I think I did it for two weeks. I was so ill – I cannot tell you,’ Amy revealed.
Amy is mum to Polly, nine, Ritchie, eight, and twins Milly and Billy, three.
