Baltimore mother charged in 2-month-old son’s death after autopsy reveals head trauma and malnutrition

A woman was arrested earlier this month in the 2025 death of her 2-month-old son, the Baltimore Police Department announced.Officers said they responded to the intersection of Loch Raven Boulevard and Gorsuch Avenue on Aug. 31, 2025, for a report of a non-breathing infant.The infant, 2-month-old Malik Woodard, was transported to Johns Hopkins Pediatrics, where he was pronounced dead.
