Tiffany Stratton Takes Horrifying Fall From Ladder & Lands On Back Of Her Head At WWE Money In The Bank [VIDEO]

Stratton’s risky move left fans worried.

Tiffany Stratton had fans holding their breath after a scary fall during the Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match. Early in the bout, the former WWE Women’s Champion tried to hit a Swanton Bomb off a ladder, but things went badly wrong, and she slammed right onto the floor.

Her legs made contact with some wrestlers, but they failed to break her fall. She landed hard on the floor and immediately reached for the back of her head.

The match briefly slowed as a referee checked on Stratton, but Stratton managed to get back up and stay in the match. Despite the terrifying landing, she eventually climbed the ladder and won the contract for the second time in her career.

Stratton spoke about the landing during the post-show following the event. She admitted that she had not fully recovered from the impact and still felt pain in her neck. It’s not the first time she’s had a close call like this, either; she previously dealt with another terrifying mistake that nearly broke her neck.

“Oh my gosh, I haven’t even recovered yet. I’m sitting here, my neck still hurts, but I wanted to do anything it took to get that briefcase,” Stratton said.

She also explained that she told the medical team she felt ready to continue. Stratton wanted to finish the match and secure the contract rather than leave the contest early.

“So, I told medical, ‘I was okay. I want to still power through this match and get through it.’ Because what’s a ladder match without Tiffy in it? So, I powered through it and we’re back in the end,” she added.

Fans also shared their concerns about the landing on social media.

One viewer raised the possibility of a concussion, writing, “Bro hopefully Tiffany doesn’t have a concussion after that. You could hear the whiplash from her head and the floor.”

There’s no word yet on any serious injury from the match.

Stratton shook off the nasty bump, stayed in the fight, and grabbed the briefcase over Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, Roxanne Perez, Jacy Jayne, and Lash Legend.

This is Stratton’s second time winning Women’s Money in the Bank. She first won it back in 2024, eventually cashing in on Nia Jax in January 2025 to take home the WWE Women’s Championship.

Now, she holds the briefcase once again, giving her a guaranteed title shot anytime, anywhere she wants.
