The rapper shares Kulture, 8, Wave, 5, and Blossom, 2, with Offset, and a younger son with football player Stefon Diggs.
In July, she shared videos from a family trip to the Dominican Republic, including an outing her three older children made to the countryside.
"It's not always Disney," she wrote on Instagram, according to InStyle.
Kulture and Wave walked through an open field, talking with another child in Spanish and pointing out features of the landscape. Cardi encouraged other parents to "Send your kids to the Campo," using the Spanish word for countryside.
Blossom wore a blue dress and a red hair bow as she encountered a goat. The toddler giggled and called the animal "bonito," meaning pretty. The siblings later cooled off by splashing one another with a hose, E! News reported.
The baby stayed at their accommodation with Cardi. She explained that she considered him too young for the outing and was concerned about mosquitoes. In another video, she showed him on a swing and said he appeared to miss his siblings.
Cardi's youngest son was born November 4, 2025. She shared photographs of all four children together on Christmas Day, PEOPLE reported. In one image, Cardi held her newborn in front of a Christmas tree while Kulture carried Blossom, who was crying.
Wave sat nearby on a toy polar bear, watching his sisters. "The perfect Christmas picture don't exist in this house," Cardi captioned the post.
Cardi shared photographs from Wave's preschool graduation on June 25. He wore a blue-and-gold cap and gown, performed with his classmates and received a Student's Choice Award, according to PEOPLE.
She hugged him for photographs and posted videos of him accepting his certificate. "Proud of my son," she captioned the collection. After the ceremony, the family celebrated over dinner at a New Jersey restaurant.
One photograph showed Cardi with both sons, with the younger boy turned away from the camera. She has continued to keep his name private, according to PEOPLE.
In her October 6, 2025, appearance on On Purpose with Jay Shetty, Cardi described wanting her children to develop the skills and discipline to succeed independently.
She recalled wanting lessons as a child that her parents could not afford or fit around their work. She wanted her children to learn skills she never mastered, including swimming.
She said Kulture and Wave had mandatory tutoring four times a week in subjects including reading and math. Kulture also took piano and gym classes, while Wave participated in sports.
Cardi acknowledged that parents cannot make their children perfect, but said, "I want you to be a hundred times better version than me."
