Reactions Trail Announcement That Omission Of Gwarzo’s Name Was An Error And That INEC Will Fix It

Social media users have taken to their official X account on Saturday, October 10, 2026 to react after it was announced that the omission of the name of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC governorship candidate in Kano state, Aminu Gwarzo was an error.

This came after the name of the NDC governorship candidate was excluded from the final list that was released by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

In the statement that was shared on the official X account of the Kwankwasiyya Movement, it was stated that the error will be rectified.

According to Kwankwasiyya Movement on its official X account;

“We have now received confirmation that the omission was an error on the part of INEC and efforts are currently underway to rectify it”.
