Penta Says He Tried To Use Joker Gear In WWE Before WWE Money In The Bank, Was Told ‘For Some Reason’ He Couldn’t

Penta says that he tried to use the Joker gear he wore at Money In The Bank previously in WWE, but was told he couldn’t.

At WWE Money In The Bank this past Saturday, the men’s Money In The Bank ladder match would main event the titular Premium Live Event as Kevin Owens, CM Punk, Je’Von Evans, Bron Breakker, Trick Williams and the eventual winner, Penta, would battle for the briefcase. Penta would bring an old set of gear into the bout, as he would wear his Joker gear at the event, a set of gear he had previously used during his time in All Elite Wrestling.

While speaking to WWE Now in the Money In The Bank recap following his victory, Penta spoke about the gear he wore at the event, noting that he tried to use it before in WWE, but was told he couldn’t.

“Actually, it was an accident because, you know, so I tried to use this gear before. For some reason, I can’t. So they say, okay, maybe I save for Money In The Bank. Maybe. I don’t know when, but maybe I save this gear, and, bro, this is the result.”

On the post show of the event, Penta would send a warning to the champions of WWE. You can read more about that here.
