President John Dramani Mahama brought smiles to the ministerial desk after making a lighthearted remark about the Twi-speaking ability of Local Government Minister Mahama Ayariga.The President jokingly attributed Ayariga’s proficiency in the Akan language to his marriage to Sunyani West Member of Parliament, Millicent Yeboah-Amankwah, who hails from the Bono area.
