As THP investigates the cause of the crash, WREG spoke to a Hickory Hill resident who said deadly accidents frequently happen at Hickory Hill and Raines.

“I’ve seen a lot of crashes. I ain’t even going to lie. I’ve seen a lot of people speeding through here like, man it’s a video game. They just got to take more precautions,” said Tyler Johnson, a Hickory Hill resident.

Johnson said he wants drivers to be cautious along this intersection, especially after this tragedy.
