Tobey Maguire’s ex Jennifer Meyer is reportedly set to tie the knot with billionaire fiance Geoff Ogunlesi ‘this weekend’ during a tropical destination ceremony in Hawaii.

The 49-year-old jewelry designer will say ‘I do’ to Ogunlesi at the Four Seasons Lanai, Page Six reported on Friday.

Event planner Mindy Weiss, who has worked with other celebrities such as the Kardashians and the Biebers, helped put the upcoming nuptials together, per the outlet.

Daily Mail has reached out to reps of Meyer and Maguire for comment, but has yet to hear back.

Page Six reported that A-list stars including Leonardo DiCaprio as well as Jeff Bezos and wife Lauren Sanchez were expected to visit the island of Lanai over the weekend.

Meyer and Maguire previously married in Kona, Hawaii in 2007.

The former couple first crossed paths in 2003 while he was on set of Seabiscuit at Universal Studios.

The pair became engaged in 2006 and tied the knot the following year. They are parents to Ruby, 19, and Otis, 17.

After nine years of marriage, Meyer and Maguire announced their separation in 2016 and the jewelry designer filed for divorce four years later.

It was revealed last week that the former couple’s divorce was finalized a decade after their separation.

The two were declared legally single when their marital status was terminated on September 21, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.

‘Judgment of dissolution is entered. Marital or domestic partnership status is terminated and the parties are restored to the status of single persons,’ the documents read.

Meyer requested to bifurcate their marital status, which was granted. Both she and Maguire will work out any remaining issues during a separate trial.

And on October 1, the pair’s final divorce judgment was officially filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Meyer was first romantically linked to Ogunlesi back in 2023, and they became engaged the following year.

Late last year in December, Meyer announced that she was pregnant with her first child with Ogunlesi, who is the founder of the Ogunlesi Group.

At the time, she jumped to her Instagram page to upload a photo of herself flashing a glimpse at her stomach.

‘Hey baby girl, We love love love you!!’ the jewelry designer wrote in the caption, while her fiancé excitedly added in the comment section, ‘WE LOVE YOU.’

Celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Kate Hudson, Jennifer Garner and Nina Dobrev had jumped to the comment section to offer their congratulations over the big news.

Ogunlesi comes from a wealthy family, with his father being Nigerian lawyer and investment banker Adebayo Ogunlesi, who is estimated to have a net worth of $2.3 billion.

Meyer is also the daughter of Ronald Meyer, who was the former Vice President of NBC Universal. He was also the former president and CEO of Universal Studios.

Back in June, she confirmed that she gave birth as she offered a first glimpse at her newborn in a sweet Father’s Day tribute to Ogunlesi.

The new dad could be seen flashing a small smile towards the camera while holding their baby girl.

In the caption of the post, she penned: ‘A perfect month with our perfect baby girl. We love you the most @geoffo212. Happy Father’s Day♥️.’

And in July, Meyer was seen for the first time since welcoming her third child, and first with Ogunlesi.

The designer was spotted on a lowkey outing in Los Angeles for an errand run. She has since offered more glimpses of her little girl by sharing sweet snaps on social media.

She also jumped to Instagram at the time to share to her followers that she was ‘feeling human again’ after two days of ‘hair, makeup and work.’

Meyer has opened up about the positive co-parenting relationship she has with Maguire.

‘When Tobey and I broke up, it was very clear immediately that Ruby and Otis came first, and we really cared about each other as people, and we wanted to be in each other’s lives no matter what, and we didn’t want to miss a Christmas,’ she told People in May.

‘We didn’t want to miss a Thanksgiving. We travel all together. We have every holiday together. We have every birthday all together.’

Meyer continued, ‘He is an incredible father. He is an incredible ex-husband. And Geoff loves him and he loves Geoff. And so everything just works.’

Maguire notably made headlines back in July when he appeared to kiss rapper Ice Spice while attending Michael Rubin’s White Party in the Hamptons.

The actor had also been spotted spending time with 21-year-old influencer Mishka Silva while watching Super Bowl LX at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California in February.
