“How much does a Nigerian need to earn to live comfortably?” — Media personality Nedu questions government over rising cost of living
Media personality Nedu has criticised the Nigerian government over the country’s worsening economic situation, questioning how much an average Nigerian needs to earn to live comfortably.
In a video shared online, Nedu asked whether earning ₦100,000 or ₦200,000 monthly was enough to meet basic needs amid rising transportation costs and the increasing price of goods and services.
He expressed concern that the cost of living continues to rise while many Nigerians struggle to earn enough to cover their expenses.
Nedu also claimed that less than two per cent of Nigerians earn up to ₦200,000 monthly, highlighting the financial pressure facing workers.
