China, EU agree to ease trade frictions
BEIJING: China and the European Union have agreed to address trade and investment differences through dialogue and consultation, reaching consensus on a range of issues to prevent economic frictions from escalating and strengthen bilateral cooperation.The two sides also agreed to hold the third meeting of their trade and investment consultation mechanism in March 2027, following a ministerial-level video meeting in January, according to China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM).
