2026/27 Ghana Premier League: Swedru All Blacks vs Asante Kotoko – Preview, Team News, Lineups, Channels, Kickoff, Prediction

Swedru All Blacks welcome Asante Kotoko to the Swedru Sports Stadium on Saturday, October 10, in match-week 6 of the Ghana Premier League.

Both teams are seeking a positive result to strengthen their campaigns and better their place on the league log.

The ‘Ozii Ozaa’ lads have managed just one win in their opening five matches, which came against Debibi United in match-week 2.

The Black-Whites suffered a 2-1 defeat to Aduana FC in Dormaa last weekend after surrendering an early lead and will be eager to bounce back in front of their home supporters.

All Blacks Spokesperson Nathaniel Obeng has expressed confidence in the team’s chances, with the hosts hoping to upset the Porcupine Warriors and get their campaign back on track.

Asante Kotoko, meanwhile, arrive in Swedru on the back of a crucial 1-0 away victory over Karela United, secured through Isaac Opoku Agyemang’s goal.

It was the second win of the season for the Reds, following a 2-1 triumph over Heart of Lions in the second round of games.

The Porcupine Warriors have recorded two wins, two draws and one defeat from their first five games.

Neither side has major suspension concerns ahead of the encounter. However, Kotoko will be without goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim, who is recovering from a broken leg.
