MPA Naeem Ejaz moves court against journalist Israr Rajput

PML-N MPA and an owner of a private hosing society in Rawalpindi, Naeem Ejaz has moved District and Session Court Islamabad against journalist Israr Ahmed Rajput seeking registration of case for allegedly spreading fake information about him thus spoiling his image in the society, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

Naeem Ejaz’s counsel pleaded that Journalist Israr Rajput was circling fake news against him on social media. He said Israr was alleging that 216 cases have been filed against the MPA. 

The petitioner further contended that journalist was damaging his political and personal repute with leveling baseless allegation. 

Petition alleges journalist blamed MPA Naeem Ejaz is a target killer and was running a private militia in his private hosing society. 

The petitioner requested the court to order the registration of an FIR against journalist Israr Rajput under the PECA Act. 

According to reports, Naeem Ejaz is an owner of a private housing society at Chakri road Rawalpindi. Israr said that despite clearance of the dues, housing society owners were not offering possession of the plots to the owners. 

Journalist Israr Rajput claimed that he used to cover the protests of the people who have invested in these files and were waiting for possession.
