Speaking in an interview on GH Base TV, Tyga disclosed that the Ghanaian songwriter scammed and disappointed him some time ago.

He noted that, as an event organizer, he has worked with numerous musicians; naming Wendy Shay, King Paluta, Asakaa, Kweku Smoke, and Fameye among others; however, he shared that his encounter with Fameye was an unpleasant one.

Sharing what transpired between his team and Fameye, Tyga disclosed that after several thoughts and discussions, his team and fans decided to go for the services of Fameye.

He noted that, he and his team reached out to Fameye and a consensus was made, so, they were in anticipation for the day of the event to arrive.

According to him, on the day of the event, he among others traveled to Kumasi to ensure that plans were far advanced towards the success of the show.

Tyga claims they reached Kumasi around 8am only to be told that Fameye was driving from Accra to Kumasi, so they should wait even though a consensus was made before the day of the event.

He revealed that, Fameye arrived only to give them an attitude, and later, his management came out to tell them that the musician needed more money.

He explained that, Fameye’s manager told them that his artiste said that he went to google to search Goaso, where the event was to take place, and found out that the place was far so he needed more money.

The CEO of Clean Heart said that the money Fameye demanded was too much; however, because it was the day of the event and they wanted him to perform in order not to disappoint their fans, they paid and did everything the musician wanted them to.

He stated in furtherance that, they reached Goaso around 8pm, and sadly enough, Fameye declined going on a radio tour to let the fans know that he had come around so that if possible, they could buy more tickets.

“Fameye caused us some time ago. He really caused us. He is the musician who made us almost stop the organization of events. We always don’t want to talk about him, because we get hurt anytime we talk about him. But since you have asked, I have to speak. An artiste that we booked, he fucked up so many times”, he said.

He added “I am an event organizer and my people requested that we book you for a show. We went to book him, and during that period, we came to a consensus and settled him. One of our brothers who is a soldier in Accra for a reason was included and he signed where necessary”.

“In our deal, we paid for a flight, so, we were in Kumasi around 8am to pick him up to Goaso only to be told that he was in a car from Accra to Kumasi. He really delayed us. We only needed him to arrive safely so that it could influence people to buy more tickets”, he stated.

According to him, “He refused to enter our car. He then led us to Vienna City. He asked us to wait for him and we waited but he wasn’t coming. After several hours, his manager came to tell us that Fameye was demanding more money because he had just searched for the place of the event and saw that it was far”.
