SAD: Kenyan Woman Exposes How Ladies Offer Her Ksh 50,000 To Infect Their Cheating Husbands With HIV

Kenyan TikToker and HIV awareness advocate Liza Achieng has revealed that some women have allegedly offered her as much as KSh 50,000 to sleep with their husbands or boyfriends and deliberately infect them with HIV.

Liza said the requests have reached her through phone calls and social media messages after some women obtained her contact details from her online profiles. She claimed that some have asked her to target their partners as revenge for infidelity.

The TikToker said she was disturbed by the requests because her decision to speak publicly about HIV is aimed at creating awareness, reducing stigma and encouraging people living with the virus to seek treatment.

She explained that she has consistently taken antiretroviral medication and has achieved an undetectable viral load.

According to established HIV treatment guidance, people who maintain an undetectable viral load do not sexually transmit HIV to an HIV-negative partner.Liza urged women dealing with unfaithful partners to consider leaving unhealthy relationships instead of seeking revenge in ways that could endanger other people.

She also encouraged people at risk of HIV infection to seek professional medical advice about available prevention options.

She mentioned long-acting HIV prevention medication, including lenacapavir, which is available through selected health facilities.

She cautioned that HIV prevention medication does not protect against other sexually transmitted infections.

Liza said she planned to share screenshots of some messages she had received while hiding the identities of the people involved.

She said this would show the nature of the requests without exposing those behind them.

The 25-year-old has previously spoken openly about her HIV diagnosis, saying she was diagnosed in May 2025 after experiencing recurring illnesses for several months.

She said a former boyfriend later apologised before his death in a road accident.Despite facing stigma, Liza has continued using her experience to educate others.

She encourages regular HIV testing, proper adherence to treatment and greater understanding of people living with HIV.

She maintains that her advocacy is intended to promote awareness, prevention and treatment rather than revenge.
