“What God Reveals To Me Will Happen In The Year 2027 – Primate Elijah Ayodele Drops Fresh Prophecy
The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has warned that Nigeria could experience severe flooding in 2027, urging the government to begin preparations ahead of time.
Ayodele said the flooding expected in 2027 could be more devastating than the incidents recorded in 2026, warning that houses could be submerged and people could be swept away if adequate preventive measures are not taken.
The cleric made the prediction while speaking about developments he expects in the country, calling on federal, state and local governments to take the warning seriously and begin putting measures in place before the rainy season.
According to him, the flooding could affect several communities and create serious humanitarian challenges if authorities fail to prepare adequately.
“In 2027, flood with submerged houses will carry people away. There will be too much flood in 2027, so government should start working. The one we see in 2026 is small; the 2027 one is going to be heavier. Let’s wait and see,” Ayodele said.
The warning comes as flooding remains a recurring environmental challenge in different parts of Nigeria.
Heavy rainfall, overflowing rivers, poor drainage systems and inadequate flood-control infrastructure have contributed to flooding in several communities across the country.
Ayodele urged government authorities to begin taking preventive action rather than waiting until flooding occurs before responding to affected communities.
He stressed the need for authorities to examine areas vulnerable to flooding and strengthen measures that could reduce the impact of excessive rainfall.
The cleric’s prediction also comes amid increasing concerns over climate-related disasters and their consequences for communities, infrastructure, agriculture and livelihoods.
Flooding can displace residents, destroy homes and farmlands, damage roads and other infrastructure, and disrupt economic activities.
In severe cases, it can also lead to loss of lives and create conditions that increase the risk of waterborne diseases.
Ayodele therefore called on the government to treat flood preparedness as an urgent responsibility, particularly in communities that have experienced flooding in previous years.
He said authorities should not wait for the situation to deteriorate before taking action, insisting that early preparation could help reduce the consequences of a major flood disaster.
The prophet maintained that the flooding he expects in 2027 could be significantly worse than what Nigerians experienced in 2026.
He advised government agencies and other stakeholders to use the available time to strengthen flood-control measures, protect vulnerable communities and develop effective emergency response plans.
Ayodele concluded his warning by urging authorities to act ahead of time, saying the severity of the situation would become clearer when the predicted period arrives.
