“What God Reveals To Me About The 2027 General Election In Nigeria – Ayodele Drops Fresh Prophecy
The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has warned that Nigeria’s coming election could be confronted with election material theft, fake results and widespread manipulation.
Ayodele raised the concern while speaking on the country’s political situation and what he expects ahead of the next general election.
He urged stakeholders and Nigerians to remain vigilant, warning that attempts to manipulate the electoral process could emerge in different forms.
According to the cleric, election materials could be stolen during the electoral process, while fake results may also surface as political actors seek to influence the outcome of elections.
“In the coming election in Nigeria, people will steal election materials, there will be fake results, there will be a lot of manipulations which we should be expecting in a big time,” Ayodele said.
His warning comes as Nigeria prepares for the 2027 general elections. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has identified result management as a major area requiring safeguards, saying the greatest threat to the electoral process can arise during the collation of results.
INEC has said its current system includes measures designed to reduce result manipulation.
According to the commission, presiding officers are required to upload images of completed polling-unit result forms to the INEC Result Viewing Portal while entering party scores into the BVAS device.
The system is also designed to flag mathematical inconsistencies and over-voting.
The electoral commission has also warned about misinformation and disinformation ahead of the polls.
In September 2026, INEC cautioned that artificial intelligence, voice cloning and deepfake technology could be used to circulate fabricated election-related content, including fake videos, audio recordings and doctored result sheets.
Ayodele’s prediction therefore touches on several longstanding concerns surrounding Nigeria’s electoral process, particularly the security of election materials, accuracy of results and transparency during collation.
The cleric did not identify specific individuals or political parties that he believed would be responsible for the alleged acts.
His comments were framed as a warning about what he expects could occur during the forthcoming electoral process.
INEC has meanwhile continued preparations for the 2027 elections and says it is working to strengthen its technological and administrative systems.
The commission has also stressed the importance of accurate information and responsible reporting as the country approaches another major electoral cycle.
Ayodele urged Nigerians not to take the electoral process for granted, stressing the need for vigilance as political activities intensify ahead of the polls.
