REVEALED: What Chivayo Told Woman Who Predicted His Death Before Tragic Helicopter Crash

Details have surfaced about an old social media conversation between Zimbabwean businessman Wicknell Chivayo and a woman who told him that his days were numbered more than a year before his fatal helicopter accident.

The woman, identified as Susan, exchanged messages with Chivayo on X, formerly Twitter, in May 2025. Their conversation reportedly became tense, with Susan challenging the businessman over his wealth and public lifestyle.

During the exchange, Susan told Chivayo that not everyone was interested in his money.

She also rejected any suggestion that she was trying to get his attention or benefit from his wealth.

She further criticised women whom she claimed were attracted to Chivayo because of the expensive vehicles linked to him.

Chivayo responded strongly to the remarks and told Susan to stop contacting him.

He also responded in Shona before blocking her account, preventing her from sending him further direct messages.

The conversation later gained fresh attention after Chivayo died in a helicopter crash in Zimbabwe on September 30, 2026.The aircraft crashed in rural Marondera while carrying six people.

Chivayo and his wife, Lucy Muteke, were among those reported to have died, according to a family spokesperson.

Zimbabwe Republic Police spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi also confirmed that six people were aboard the helicopter when the accident occurred.

After news of Chivayo’s death spread, screenshots of his earlier exchange with Susan began circulating again on social media.

Much of the attention centred on Susan’s earlier statement that Chivayo’s days were numbered.

The comment was made more than a year before the crash, causing many users to revisit the conversation and discuss its timing.

However, the exchange took place during an argument, and Susan did not specifically mention that Chivayo would die in a helicopter crash.

There is therefore no indication from the conversation itself that she knew how or when his life would end.The resurfaced messages have nonetheless generated considerable discussion online, with users examining the businessman’s response and Susan’s earlier remarks in light of his death.

Chivayo’s fatal crash has also renewed interest in his final days, his public life and the people with whom he interacted before the tragedy.
