Aki’s Wife Shares Untold Story Of Husband’s Years Living With Pawpaw

Nollywood actress Stephanie Promise Ikedieze, wife of veteran actor and comedian Chinedu Ikedieze, popularly known as Aki, has revealed an interesting detail about her husband’s relationship with his longtime screen partner, Osita Iheme, aka Pawpaw.

In a video making the rounds online on September 10, Stephanie shared that Aki and Pawpaw once lived together under the same roof for several years.

According to her, the arrangement changed when she and Aki decided to start their life together as a married couple. The two friends reportedly agreed to divide their belongings between themselves, with everything split equally, even down to their cutlery.

The revelation sparked laughter among those present, while Aki sat nearby and listened to his wife recount the story. At one point, Stephanie got up from her seat and allowed him to sit down, as he was seen leaning on a walking stick.

Aki and Pawpaw rose to fame as one of Nollywood’s most beloved comedy duos, entertaining audiences with their memorable roles and unique on-screen chemistry.

However, beyond their appearances in movies, the pair also shared a close friendship in real life and, at one point, lived together.

Stephanie’s revelation offered fans a glimpse into just how close the two actors were away from the cameras.

Aki, however, made it clear that their decision to stop living together was not the result of any disagreement between them.

He explained that their friendship remains strong, with the change in their living arrangement simply coming as a result of entering different stages of their lives.
