5 Movies you must never watch while your parents are at home

Months ahead, you learn of an exciting new film, and you can’t wait to see it … The trailer is released some weeks later. You watch it over and over again, becoming even more anxious to see the full film. A few more weeks have passed and the day has finally arrived, the movie is out in theatres. That is the lifestyle that we all put on while awaiting some nice and interesting films. But there are plenty of films on the flip side in which you don’t dare when your parents are around. You just don’t want to get into trouble yourself. Yet we are all deeply afraid of this. We’re always hunting for those kinds of movies behind their back and then we’re watching them when they aren’t at home.

Parents may think that being exposed to a fairly mature film will tarnish the innocence of their child and convey the wrong message into the brain of their child. It is understandable that many parents are concerned that R-rated films can influence a child in making decisions that are rash, or bad. Every parent should, however, be allowed to make that decision privately; legal restrictions are not required.

Fifty Shades of Grey attracted criticism because of its BDSM depictions, with some BDSM participants claiming that the book confuses the practice with abuse, and presents it as a pathology to be overcome, as well as showing incorrect and potentially dangerous BDSM techniques. You can go and search yourself for the meaning of “BDSM” and you’ll be surprised.

It was definitely the worst film I ever saw. The dialogs between the main characters are painfully cringy and the story actually makes no sense at all. Do not watch this film when your parents are at home unless you want to waste 2 hours of your life just to give this film a (probably) 1-star rating to protect yourself too.

On its release in 2013, this French movie received wild critical acclaim, but as you might have heard, the French have looser attitudes than the Americans. As such this film features a lot of raunchy scenes, some featuring high school students.

This is a serious film, not the sort to watch while being squeezed on their couch between your middle-aged parents as they share information glimpses about you.

It’s a film full of graded scene from start to finish of the film. Never watch this movie though, please, while your parents are there for your safety.

The list goes on and on, but it’s just the few that have been selected. Don’t go any further than your power. For the wise one word is enough!!
