According to information available to SA Trucker, the crash occured this Sunday afternoon.

Video footage from the scene shows the Polo approaching at high speed before appearing to move to avoid hitting the rear of another vehicle. The driver then loses control and the Polo slams into the back of a minibus taxi.

The impact sends the taxi veering off the road in a cloud of dust and smoke.

The video also appears to show at least one person from one of the two vehicles at the scene. However, it is not yet clear which vehicle the person was travelling in.
