A BRIT tourist has been accused of trying to drown a puppy before beating it to death and dragging its corpse through bushland from the back of a motorbike.Bradley Gavin Knoesen, 31, allegedly drank an “extreme amount” of alcohol before picking up the one-year-old sheepdog in Kalgoorlie, Australia.
