SABC TV licence debt collectors possibly breaking the law

At least one TV licence debt collection agency acting on behalf of the SABC is spoofing its calls to appear as though they are coming from mobile phone numbers.A MyBroadband reader recently received a call from a number he did not recognise, 072 005 0280, which looked like a regular cellphone number originating from Vodacom.
