Bhim Nation President, Stonebwoy, will celebrate his birthday with the people of Ho in the Volta Region with an event dubbed ‘The Torcher’s Experience’ at the Youth Resource Centre, Adaklu.
The award winning musician disclosed this in an interview on GBC Volta Star Radio on Thursday, March 5, ahead of the programme.
He said the initiative is aimed at inspiring young people to discover and nurture their God-given talents for national development.
“This is a talent from God, and that’s what I’m doing for the upliftment of the Anlo Area, the Volta Region and the country at large,” he stated.

Stonebwoy indicated that the event is being organised in partnership with the Ghana Youth Authority to promote youth empowerment. Tickets for the event are selling at GH¢50 for regular, GH¢100 for VIP and GH¢200 for VVIP.
He noted that beyond entertainment, his music brand contributes to job creation, as it provides employment for a number of people who work with him.
“Our work gives employment, considering the number of people under me,” he said.
Stonebwoy commended the Volta Regional Minister, James Gunu, for the warm reception and support. He also expressed appreciation to his loved ones in Ho for their encouragement.
Touching on his career, he described music as spiritual and timeless.
“Music is not time-bound. Whether you live or die, it will still be played for people to enjoy,” he said.
He advised upcoming musicians to critically assess their calling before venturing into the industry.
“Music isn’t something you choose, music chooses you. First ask yourself whether music is really for you,” he emphasised.
According to him, success in music requires patience, time, energy and hard work, adding that growth in the industry does not happen overnight. He further encouraged young people to pursue education alongside their talents, citing his master’s degree in International Relations as an example.
Stonebwoy explained that The Torcher’s Experience seeks to inspire individuals to recognise their inner light and keep it shining for the benefit of society.
The Ho edition is expected to feature performances by several artistes and will later be replicated in other parts of the country.
He thanked GBC Volta Star Radio for the opportunity to share his vision and called on residents of the Volta Region to attend the event.
