Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party, said during an interactive session with some youths that he is open to learning from those who are more knowledgeable. He added that, if elected, he would invite some bright youths to a meeting behind closed doors and ask them what he should do.
He continued by saying that anyone who knows everything is an idiot and that he is still learning since he does not. After being questioned about his plans for the nation’s youth and the healthcare industry, he made the comment. Regarding this, Peter Obi said he would solve it and would also need the brainpower of the youth.
We’re going to fix it, he claimed. It’s going to be challenging. Don’t think we’ll do everything. Reading and learning are intertwined, so some of what we’re saying here still requires your brain. If you required someone who knew everything, I am not that person; anyone who knows everything is a fool. As you watch what we’re going to accomplish, I’ve learned that we’ll put some of you with all this brilliance and energy in a room to give us instructions, but I can assure you that we’ll be committed to health.
